It is a real Catch-22 scenerio, with reardgs to pricing. The publisher wants to make the most they possibly can, but priced too high and they lose sales. Keep it low to bring in volume customers, and they could still lose a lot of money; especially if people aren't buying the comics anyway.I've cut back a lot lately on what comics I read. Mainly because a lot of them have fallen in quality and the prices now just don't warrant me waiting to see if they improve. While I have no problem with spending an extra buck for an indie book, it adds up over time and some I just can't keep getting or am not willing to spend more on new books.That's amusing that the publishers were outraged that the self-publishers wouldn't share. As if the publishers are the epitome of generosity with their employees!

To Rony and Joana:I don't know how to start but first of all, I have to say that some of you Americans are really nerve-wracking moorns. To call Welcome to Burlesque not modern or lacking energy is so stupid!!!!This is very obviously a Tango-flavoured and cabaret-tinged kind of tune and so FRESH and original as Cher has never performed this kind of music before. She could, of course, do another, typically American unimaginative, run-of-the-mill dancefloor track but I'm soo glad that she didn't and that she chose this kind of sound for the movie. Well, tango or cabaret are probably better appreciated by European audiences who, let's face it and I really don't want to sound pretentious but that's just the way it is in most cases!!!!- are more appreciative of culture and of a more artistic and uncommercial approach to music. And for a movie about burlesque cabaret-inspired music is the most appropriate thing.
